You're Not Falling Apart But You're Exhausted  From Holding It Together.

You've built a life that looks completely fine from the outside - maybe even impressive. But underneath, you're preforming, over-functioning, and quietly drowning - running on obligation, anxiety, and the fear of what happens if you finally stop. You're not broken. You're burned out and there's a real difference between the two.

I help
high‑functioning adults who are burned out, overwhelmed, and stuck in anger or anxiety.

Currently accepting new clients for burnout, overwhelm, anger, conflict, and anxiety. Online therapy across Alberta.

Is This You?

You function. You show up. You get things done. But privately, you carry a weight that never fully lifts - and you're running out of ways to manage it on your own.

If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place:

  • You look capable - because you are - but behind the scenes, you're barely keeping your head above water.

  • You've been called "sensitive" or "too much" and part of you started to believe it.

  • You say yes when you mean no, then spend the next week resenting yourself for it.

  • You've hit a wall — burnout, numbness, a creeping sense of "is this actually it?"

  • You've achieved things people admire, and it still doesn't feel like enough.

  • You replay conversations on a loop — convinced you said the wrong thing, or that someone is upset with you.

  • You work incredibly hard to seem okay, and you're exhausted by the effort of it.

  • You carry shame that doesn't match what anyone on the outside would see.

  • You know your patterns aren't serving you — you just can't seem to stop them.

  • Your nervous system never really powers down. Calm feels foreign, maybe even suspicious.

You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. If you're tired of white-knuckling it through your own life, that's enough.

Who I Work With

I work with adults — not a particular age, background, or job title. What my clients tend to have in common is something more specific than demographics: a gap between how they appear to the world and how they actually feel inside it.

Most of my clients are high-functioning. They hold things together at work, in their relationships, for the people around them. They've often built real, tangible things — careers, families, reputations. And they're exhausted in a way that's hard to explain, because from the outside, everything looks fine. They're not sure they're "bad enough" to need therapy. They came anyway.

A lot of my clients have already tried to think their way out of the problem. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, done the self-reflection. They understand their patterns intellectually. What they haven't been able to do is actually shift them — because understanding why you do something and being able to change it are two very different things. That's where therapy does work that self-help can't.

Many of my clients avoided therapy for a long time. They didn't want to seem needy, or weak, or like they couldn't handle their own life. Some worried they'd have to dig up the past indefinitely, or that therapy would make them feel worse. I understand that hesitation — and I'll be honest with you about what to expect every step of the way.

What my clients are almost universally ready for, when they reach out, is something real. Not a list of coping strategies. Not generic tools. A genuine, honest look at what's going on — and an actual path forward.
